Terms for using the Riverhouse Create website, customer account, bookings, class credits and optional text-message program.
You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information and for keeping your password private. An adult must create and manage any booking for a child in their care.
Riverhouse Create may update, correct, suspend or remove website features when needed for safety, maintenance or accurate class and event information.
Class and event availability is limited. A booking is confirmed only when the website shows it as confirmed in your account. Class credits, cancellations and returns follow the rules shown on our booking policies and cancellation page.
You are responsible for reviewing the class or event details, date, time and any stated participation requirements before booking.
If you voluntarily check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated transactional text messages from Riverhouse Create about class or event bookings, including confirmations, reminders, waitlist availability, schedule changes, cancellations and account-related service notices. Consent is not required to make a purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, Riverhouse Create will stop sending program messages to that number unless you later provide new consent.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability.
