Zach Sierke fires pottery the way the Creek people did it here, without a kiln.
You build a pot by hand on the Friday afternoon and get it ready for the fire. On Saturday it goes into an open pit and comes out changed by smoke and flame, so no two pieces finish the same way.
Food is included on both days. Come for one of them or stay for both.
