What you’ll do
Julie Day gives each child something to make and the time to make it badly first. Whatever they make is kept, dried and fired, and it is ready to collect a few weeks later. Grown-ups are welcome to stay in the room, and any child who wants longer can carry straight on into the Pottery Open Studio at eleven.
What to bring
Nothing but clothes that can take a little clay.
Who teaches it
